A 1 hour class is appropriate for women at all stages of the pregnancy. We will focus on an extensive repertory of appropriate exercises for moms-to-be pulling from Pilates & yoga and utilizing props such as the Pilates sticks, yoga blocks, hand weights and supporting bolsters. This class will help you to maintain mobility and strength while stretching and toning key areas throughout the body that are vital to your pre-natal health, labor and post-partum recovery. We can't wait for you to join us on this amazing journey towards motherhood!
Classes are limited to 10 participants.
