Join Colleen Kropp for an afternoon set aside to prepare and nourish your body for Philly's Broad Street Run. Prepping for a race is more than just logging in the miles -- properly stretching while also strengthening core muscles contributes greatly to a more efficient endurance run.
 
Come by Saturday afternoon for a 75 minute class including a little bit of core-work and a lot of deep, relaxing stretching for the hips, back, and hamstrings. And of course -- everyone's favorite part of race prep --- all of the carbs. Honeygrow will be sponsoring a fresh noodle dish (trust us, you don't want Colleen cooking) -- so stick around after class to chill and get your race calories in!
