Barre 101 

This workshop will break down the foundational positions and movements used in a traditional barre class.  Learn how to properly align the body to safely practice barre exercises, from working in parallel to turnout, using weights and targeting specific muscle groups in the upper body, lower body, and core. Ella will provide hands-on adjustments to help each participant learn to engage their core, protect their low back, lengthen the spine, protect the joints and get the most out every barre class. This workshop will be active and participants will apply what they learn to their bodies.  The workshop will finish with a challenging barre burn series to a funky playlist!
