Theresa Schweingruber

Theresa's training through Drexel University, under the direction of Jennifer Morley, has
prepared her to teach students of all levels in mat classes and on the Pilates equipment.

As a dancer since the age of 4, she initially became interested in Pilates as a reliable cross-training practice to support her dance endeavors. Her genuine love for movement and the mind-body connection only enhanced her experiences with Pilates, both as a teacherand practitioner.

She hopes to share her practice and understanding with others who are also looking for support through cross-training.

  • An Open Level Mat Pilates Class designed to get your energy flowing, and the body and brain ready for a successful day ahead!

  • Pilates Roll & Release (Foam Roller)
  • This Thrive signature pilates class integrates the foam roller to both challenge your core strength and balance, and provide relief from tension & tightness. You will build strength, coordination and balance while simultaneously improving flexibility and releasing sore muscles. Roll into your week tension free with this unique class!

  • TRX + Pilates
  • Thrive TRX : A full body burn that works for every body. You will elevate your strength, stamina, balance and control. Experience innovative exercises that will hit every muscle group, get your heart pumping and leave you feeling accomplished and rejuvenated. Small class size=individual attention and feedback from the teacher to help you progress. Dope beats=motivation to move. After strengthening the body head-to-toe, you will stretch, breathe and end with a mindful moment to soak in all the positive vibes.
    *We recommend sneakers for the first part of class-but they are optional.

  • Cardio Barre Burn
  • Get your heart rate up in this fun and challenging barre class designed to sculpt your abs, arms, butt and thighs and leave you feeling stretched, strong, balanced and invigorated.

  • Sculpt, strengthen and stretch in this ballet barre inspired class. You'll work your abs, arms, butt and thighs and leave feeling flexible, strong, balanced and invigorated.
